We are located in the light-filled 10th floor of One Broadway in Kendall Square, Cambridge. We overlook the heart of Kendall Square and the MIT campus, with views down Broadway toward Harvard University. Ours is a free-flowing environment designed to meet the needs of people launching new initiatives. It provides a variety of shared working areas including large square tables that can accommodate two entrepreneurs to a side, a bank of desks along the window-line, a high-bar seating area, a soft-seating area, and two private conference rooms. A light beverage service includes Poland Springs water and Keurig coffee in a variety of flavors.
As you enter the center you are presented with an array of red storage cubes that are dedicated to each member of the center. After retrieving your personal cube, you select your preferred work area for the day. When you are finished, you pack up your things into the same cube and return it to the cube wall.
We provide very high speed, enterprise class WiFi internet for both your web access and telephony access needs. We recommend a Google Voice and/or Skype solution for telephony. We recommend a variety of third party options for those who want to be able to receive physical mail and packages.
Electronic key-based access control, digital video security, and 24×7 on-site guard service enhance the safety and professional feel of the environment.
